4. Purposes and Legal Basis

I process personal data only when I have a lawful basis under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • To register and manage clients (Performance of a contract)

  • To provide coaching and training (Performance of a contract)

  • To ensure safety and adapt training to health conditions (Explicit consent (for health data))

  • To process payments and invoices (Legal obligation & contract necessity)

  • To send updates, schedules, and offers (Legitimate interest / consent)

  • To use photos or videos for marketing (Consent)

  • To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, insurance) (Legal obligation)

Currently, I do not share your data with third parties. If in the future I use processors or partners (e.g. payment services, analytics, or marketing tools), I will ensure they provide adequate GDPR-compliant protection.

  • With appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

I keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated above:

  • Client data: up to 5 years after last activity

  • Health data: deleted immediately upon withdrawal of consent

  • Financial data: kept 7 years (tax law requirement)

  • Photos/videos: until consent is withdrawn

I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, or misuse of personal data.
